Residential Sales Closer - Water Systems Company-Provided Leads Weekly Pay
Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.
We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.
Average closers here earn $125K-$250K. Our top closers clear $250K-$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure - the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter - so you can do the math yourself.
The day to day: in-home appointments around your territory, consultative in-home closes, and working your pipeline.
Our longest-tenured rep has been with us over 20 years. That should tell you something about the seat.
