Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train and precept self-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities and prior leadership experience; engaged, self-motivated clinical leader; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
