Qualifications

• Valid driver license and clean driving abstract
• Own personal tools necessary for the trade
• 5+ years of experience in diesel and hydraulic diagnostics and maintenance
• Familiarity with gasoline and small engine repairs is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and root-cause analysis on mechanical failures
• Develop repair plans and specify necessary parts for repairs
• Sign off on mechanical quality control before vehicle delivery
• Coach and train technicians on best practices and quality standards
• Support technicians on complex repairs and issues
• Monitor project progress and manage parts inventory needs
• Collaborate with supervisors on production planning and workflows
