Full Job Description
The position of Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) serves as the strategic growth architect for Siemens Healthineers' Hemostasis (Coagulation) portfolio. This role is accountable for accelerating revenue growth, competitive displacement, market share expansion, and enterprise-level customer adoption of instrument capital, automation, reagent, consumable, and informatics solutions.

Operating as a field-based subject matter expert with demonstrated expertise in complex healthcare sales environments, this individual leads complex, high-value sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, corporate accounts, and laboratory networks, aligning clinical, operational, financial, and executive priorities to create measurable customer value and sustainable business growth.

Your role:
  • Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation), including enterprise account prioritization, competitive conversion strategy, installed-base expansion, portfolio penetration, and multi-year revenue growth planning.
  • Lead complex and strategically significant sales cycles, including executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case creation, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and implementation alignment.
  • Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders to influence enterprise decision making and position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred strategic partner in hemostasis/coagulation testing.
  • Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens Healthineers equipment, demonstrating how connected solutions improve throughput, standardization, operational efficiency, clinical confidence, and customer financial outcomes.
  • Orchestrate complex, matrixed team-selling motions across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams to deliver a coordinated enterprise customer strategy.
  • Own disciplined commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, including advanced funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of barriers to growth.
  • Serve as the recognized regional Hemostasis (Coagulation) subject matter expert, working within a matrixed organization, shaping strategic pursuits, supporting launch readiness, elevating competitive intelligence, and influencing specialty portfolio growth priorities.
  • Apply advanced business acumen to quantify customer impact, including operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunity, risk reduction, and total value of ownership.
  • Build executive-level growth plans for priority accounts that expand share, protect at-risk business, create referenceable customers, strengthen long-term loyalty, and deliver measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.


Your expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts, with proven ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions; direct Hemostasis (Coagulation) experience is strongly preferred, with hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics experience valued.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Experience using Miller Heiman is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% as required to support customer and business needs, with reasonable accommodation available in accordance with applicable law.
  • Advanced ability to lead without authority, work across cross-functional team members, influence internal prioritization, and drive accountability across complex, matrixed commercial pursuits.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills with senior decision-makers, consultative selling capability, and ability to translate hemostasis science, laboratory workflow, automation, informatics, and financial impact into differentiated business value for senior decision makers.
  • Consistent record of exceeding growth objectives, expanding market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and building sustainable customer partnerships through disciplined account planning, commercial leadership, and execution excellence.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and meet travel requirements.


This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. The base pay range for this position is:

$93,600 - $128,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
