Responsibilities
Execute repair orders efficiently according to dealership standards
Test-drive and diagnose vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
Maintain and repair various automotive systems including engine and transmission
Communicate needed services to customers through the Service Advisor
Provide estimates for additional repair times
Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
Carry out other assigned tasks as needed

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years of Service Technician experience recommended
GM Technical Training recommended but not required. We will pay to complete GM Training.
ASE Certification recommended
A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.80 and $52.00 based on experience and level of training completed.
