Full Job Description
Frier Levitt seeks an experienced, high-level Healthcare/Life Sciences Regulatory Partner to add to our robust and expanding regulatory practice group. The Partner will serve as a subject matter expert across a wide range of healthcare compliance matters.
The Regulatory Partner will be responsible for, and should be highly experienced with:
Researching, analyzing, and drafting memoranda related to complex Healthcare and Life Sciences arrangements
Expertise with Stark Law, AKS and related federal laws and regulations
Expertise with federal and state drug supply chain laws and regulations a plus
Evaluating existing and/or proposed business practices to identify regulatory compliance issues and recommending risk mitigation options
Preparing change of ownership filings and other agency notifications related to Healthcare and Life Sciences licensees
Communicating effectively with clients
Ability to mentor/lead a team
Work in our Pine Brook, NJ or NYC offices, or open to flexible/hybrid/remote
Would consider bringing on associates/staff if business circumstances allowed
Requirements:
