Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Healthcare Practice Group in our Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized health care practice, managing health care issues for clients across the country.
Responsibilities:- Provide regulatory and compliance advice on California health care law, focusing on fraud and abuse issues, reimbursement disputes, investigations, and business transactions.
- Work on joint ventures and private equity investments within the healthcare sector.
- Handle managed care and life sciences transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:- At least six years of experience in California health care regulatory and compliance matters.
- Experience with managed care and/or life sciences transactions.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Superb judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
Salary:The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $325,000 to $350,000, in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
