Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Wage: RN: $80-$85K/year | LPN: $65-70K/year
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500-5K

Education & Qualifications - Current and active Massachusetts RN/LPN license required
- 2 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- 2 years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Do - Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
