HEAD OF TECHNOLOGYAre you the kind of technology leader people trust when the path forward is complex and the team needs both clarity and confidence? Do you stay steady under pressure, curious about what's next, and grounded in what actually helps the business? If you are a humbly confident technology leader who is strategic, practical, and trusted by both technical teams and business leaders, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Head of Technology is:
- Strategic and Steady: You think several steps ahead while staying grounded in what needs attention today. You know how to balance long-term vision with short-term priorities.
- Humbly Confident: You lead with humility, self-awareness, and sound judgment. You are not afraid to say, "I don't know." You listen, seek to understand, and lead without ego.
- Empowering and Accountable: You empower others, set clear expectations, and help technical leaders grow. You build a culture where people take ownership and do what they say they will do.
- Technically Credible: You know your stuff, but you do not need to be the only expert in the room. You ask thoughtful questions, evaluate options, and earn trust from technical teams.
- Future-Facing and Practical: You stay curious about what is coming next, including AI and emerging technology, without chasing every shiny object. You balance innovation with stability, security, and business value.
- Clear and Collaborative: You bridge technical and business stakeholders. You communicate plainly so people can make informed decisions together.
