Position Overview

The Head of PR & Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations and communication strategies that align with our company's goals and values. This role requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manage our brand image, foster positive relationships with stakeholders, and drive impactful communication campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives
    • Lead and mentor a team of PR and communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence
    • Collaborate with senior management to align communication efforts with corporate goals and initiatives
    • Provide strategic counsel to executives on communication matters and potential reputational risks
  • Media Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across various industries and platforms
    • Develop and implement proactive media outreach strategies to secure positive coverage and manage potential crises
    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews with executives
    • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team
  • Content Development and Brand Management:
