About the RoleAs Head of GTM at Droyd, you will help define how we bring the product to market. You will work across product, sales, and customer conversations to sharpen our positioning, shape demo flows, and help build a repeatable motion around enterprise adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical products and commercial execution, especially in infrastructure, compute, or related enterprise markets.
This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA.
In This Role, You'llStrategy & Positioning
- Help define and refine Droyd's go-to-market strategy
- Shape demo flows, commercial narratives, and customer-facing positioning
- Work closely with leadership on how to present the product to enterprise buyers
Customer Engagement
- Support early customer conversations and help identify what resonates
- Turn early market feedback into clearer messaging and sales motion
Building the Motion
- Help build repeatable go-to-market processes as the company scales
- Connect product details to customer value across materials and conversations

Compensation: $130K-$170K base salary, plus equity

- Thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
