Head of Growth

San Francisco • Full-time • In-person

About the Role

Multiply is looking for a Head of Growth to build and scale our growth engine.

We are hiring someone who takes bold action. Someone who sees opportunities before others do and is excited to build entirely new growth channels from scratch.

You will work directly with the founders to experiment aggressively and find unconventional ways to get Multiply in front of the right companies.

Multiply already runs high-performing ads using our own product. This role expands far beyond paid acquisition.

You will test big ideas, create new distribution channels, and help shape how Multiply shows up in the market.

What You'll Do

Build new growth channels from scratch
  • Identify high-leverage ways to reach B2B buyers
  • Launch entirely new acquisition channels and scale the ones that work

Use Multiply to run world-class paid campaigns
  • Operate and scale paid acquisition using Multiply's AI systems. Continuously test creative, messaging, and audiences

Build distribution beyond ads
  • Create communities and programs that attract the right audience
  • Launch content, storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Build relationships with creators and industry influencers

Turn ideas into systems
  • Take successful experiments and build repeatable growth playbooks
  • Design scalable systems for pipeline generation
