Full Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned, visionary product marketing leader to lead the transformation of Facebook's product marketing organization and the global team of product marketers behind it. This leader will set the vision and strategy for how Facebook grows relevance with the next generation and delivers more value to core users, influencing product strategies and roadmaps, and driving product launches and go-to-market in the US and key global markets. Success looks like moving Facebook from an app that's "around" to an app that's essential. The ideal candidate will be able to build and drive product strategy, with a deep understanding of the industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. They will bring the operational rigor and organizational leadership to align a large, global team and its cross-functional partners behind a single, ambitious agenda.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a large, global team of product marketers driving strategic consumer initiatives across the Facebook app.
• People management is a core responsibility of this role: hiring and organizational design, coaching and performance management, and career development across a large, multi-layered team.
• Set the vision and strategy for how Facebook grows relevance with the next generation and delivers deeper value to core users, including the positioning frameworks that guide Facebook across existing and new markets and user segments.
• Have a pulse on the consumer and on culture, and marry the two with business and product strategy to develop marketing that moves consumers at scale, influencing product strategy and roadmaps as the voice of the consumer.
• Shape the Facebook narrative: partner with product to make it true, and partner with cross-functional teams to land it with consumers and in culture.
• Lead analysis and diagnosis around key opportunity areas across markets, cohorts, and surfaces (Feed, Video, Groups, Marketplace, Dating, Messaging, AI experiences) to drive growth through the funnel.
• Plan and lead successful product launches and go-to-market in the US and key global markets, educating people on new Facebook experiences and driving adoption, usage, and retention.
• Lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science, brand, PR, legal, policy) and the broader ecosystem - creators, communities, small businesses, policy makers, news media, and advocates - to create integrated marketing moments that are contextually relevant.

Minimum Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines for internet and/or consumer technology, including leading product marketing teams
• Track record of successfully building, mentoring, and leading a large and diverse global team
• Experience partnering closely with product management and engineering to represent market requirements and shape roadmap, and with brand and growth marketing partners to bring products and campaigns to market
• Ability to lead matrixed organizations and functions toward common goals with operational rigor and enthusiasm
• Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of industry landscapes, including but not limited to social media, short-form and long-form video, creator economy, online marketplaces, privacy, and integrity
• Proven experience leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive user acquisition and engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications
• Product marketing experience spanning marketing communications and/or product management
• Experience marketing products at significant scale (100M+ users) as well as launching new, early-stage products
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Experience repositioning or revitalizing a mature consumer product for new audiences
• Global experience working across a number of markets, with knowledge of diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes
• MBA degree
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
