Financial Acumen:Proven experience managing multi-million dollar P&Ls, with a deep understanding of event economics, digital/physical hybrid infrastructure, and corporate sponsorship sales.
Industry Context:Experience within tech, media, or financial services events is required; a strong familiarity with the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech landscape is highly preferred.
Behavioral Competencies:A charismatic, high-energy leader with exceptional executive presence, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
Tools & Systems:Advanced knowledge of modern event technology ecosystems (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Hopin), CRM systems (Salesforce), data analytics platforms, and modern digital marketing stacks.
