  • Vendor & Operations:Partner with Event Operations and Procurement to steer high-stakes vendor negotiations, venue selections, and technology stack integrations to ensure flawless, safe, and premium experiential execution for tens of thousands of attendees.

  • Industry Context:Experience within tech, media, or financial services events is required; a strong familiarity with the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech landscape is highly preferred.

  • Behavioral Competencies:A charismatic, high-energy leader with exceptional executive presence, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

  • Tools & Systems:Advanced knowledge of modern event technology ecosystems (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Hopin), CRM systems (Salesforce), data analytics platforms, and modern digital marketing stacks.
