Job Description
The Role

AuxoAI is building a partner-led go-to-market motion across key partners including Google Cloud and AWS. As we scale this ecosystem, we need a marketing leader who can turn partner momentum into brand visibility, pipeline, and market credibility in the US. The Head of Brand and Ecosystem Marketing will own the full US marketing engine that sits alongside our partnerships org - from partner co-marketing and field events to media/PR and thought leadership - while managing AuxoAI's content and design team based in India. This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape a category-defining brand at the intersection of enterprise AI and the strategic partnerships ecosystem.

What You'll Own

1. Partner Marketing & Co-Marketing

  • Build and run partner-wise marketing plans across key partners - Google Cloud (Gemini Enterprise) and AWS.

  • Drive co-marketing motions with partner marketing teams: joint content, co-branded campaigns, marketplace listings, and partner newsletters/case studies.

  • Lead partner evangelism - positioning AuxoAI as a go-to partner within each ecosystem's field, sales, and marketing organizations.

  • Build a B2B influencer marketing motion - identifying and activating industry analysts, practitioners, and partner-ecosystem voices to extend AuxoAI's credibility and reach.

2. Field Marketing (US)

  • Own the direct and partner event calendar in the US - sponsorships, partner summits (e.g., AWS Summit, Google Cloud Next), and AuxoAI-hosted field events.

  • Build regional/account-based field programs that generate pipeline in coordination with sales and partnerships.

  • Track and report on field marketing ROI - pipeline sourced/influenced, brand reach, and event-level outcomes.

3. Media, PR & Brand Elevation

Build and manage AuxoAI's earned media strategy in the US - press relationships, announcements, and executive visibility.

  • Develop a proactive PR calendar tied to partner milestones, funding, product launches, and customer wins.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between company narrative and partner/press-facing messaging.

4. Speaker Programs & Thought Leadership

  • Build a speaker pipeline for AuxoAI executives across direct and partner-hosted events, panels, and webinars.

  • Drive thought leadership programs (e.g., contributed content, executive bylines, joint POVs) with customers, partners, and ecosystem players.

  • Partner with the strategy/marketing lead on flagship thought leadership assets and ensure they translate into speaking and press opportunities.

5. Team Leadership

  • Manage AuxoAI's India-based content and design team, setting priorities, reviewing output quality, and ensuring turnaround aligned to US field/partner timelines.

  • Translate US market and partner priorities into a content and creative roadmap the India team can execute against.

  • Sync regularly with the Global Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Leader on key initiatives, priorities, and resourcing.

Key KPIs

  • Brand elevation in the US market - earned media placements, speaking slots, analyst/influencer visibility, and share of voice within the partner ecosystem.

  • Demand generated through field and partner channels - pipeline sourced/influenced via partner co-marketing, field events, and partner-hosted programs.

  • Partner co-marketing velocity and quality - volume and impact of joint content, campaigns, and marketplace/co-sell-supporting assets across key partnerships.

  • Content and creative throughput/quality from the India-based team, measured against US field and partner timelines.

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or ecosystem marketing - ideally at a cloud/SaaS or enterprise tech company.
