The Team:
The Enterprise Solutions team drives AI-enabled growth by embedding trusted intelligence into client workflows, data, analytics, and services, helping them move faster and make better decisions. This team unites software, workflow, data, analytics, and other capabilities for financial services customers, and this role will partner across business lines and functions to translate AI opportunities into measurable client and business value. This leader will orchestrate AI transformation closely with segment product leaders, with roadmap ownership remaining with relevant business leads.
Responsibilities and Impact:
• Define and lead the AI product transformation agenda across Enterprise Solutions’ three business lines, setting the vision, priorities, and success measures for AI-enabled products, workflows, client solutions, and productivity opportunities.
• Partner with clients, strategic partners, product teams, and subject matter experts to co-create AI-enabled solutions that address complex workflow challenges and unlock commercial value.
• Establish client and partner co-creation forums, pilots, and proofs of value to test concepts, validate impact, and convert repeatable patterns into scalable product and service capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale high-value use cases across the ES portfolio, including agentic workflows, automation, intelligent insights, decision support, and productivity acceleration.
• Create operating rhythms, prioritization forums, and decision frameworks to move opportunities from concept through delivery alignment, adoption, and measurable impact, in partnership with teams accountable for responsible AI, data quality, risk, compliance, and client trust.
• Partner with Technology, Architecture, Data, Security, and Product teams to translate priority opportunities into clear business requirements, value cases, adoption plans, and aligned delivery ownership.
• Drive adoption and change management across internal teams and clients, ensuring AI-enabled solutions are understood, trusted, used, and measured through value realization and usage outcomes.
• Represent Enterprise Solutions externally through client engagement, partner discussions, industry forums, and thought leadership on applied AI and AI-enabled transformation in financial markets.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $176,303 to $336,300. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 12+ years of experience in senior product, transformation, strategy, technology, or business leadership roles, ideally within financial services, enterprise software, data, analytics, or workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development, agentic workflows, automation, data-driven decisioning, and how emerging technologies translate into practical client and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation across Product, Technology, Revenue, Customer Experience, Operations, Data, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience working with senior clients or partners to understand workflow needs, shape solution concepts, and build scalable offerings that create measurable value.
• We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
