Full Job Description
The HCM Solutions Developer will create, maintain, test, develop and move to production all integrations for HRIS in Workday and UKG.

Required Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years' experience with Workday HCM Module and UKG (Kronos)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Defined Critical Thinking skills
  • Experience working with IT implementations involving integration components
  • Experience in designing and developing applications on different cloud platforms integrations
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years' experience in Human Resources
  • Five (5) years' experience in Health Care
  • Workday Pro Certification (Integration and/or Studio)


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS
  • Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up
  • Creation, maintenance, design, test, optimization, develop and set-up of integration solutions; including, but not limited to, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), inbounds, outbounds, API, BIRT Reporting in Studio integrations and cloud connector
  • Map documents for integrations
  • Create complex inbound and outbound integrations, studio integrations, cloud connector, EIBs including XSLT integrations
  • Create business form layouts as needed
  • Maintain and troubleshoot as needed current integrations in Workday and UKG
  • Develop calculating fields for reporting
  • Provide support for post-go live and maintenance of integrations
  • Copy integrations built from Preview, Sandbox or Developer environments to Production
  • Create user based and role-based security groups
  • Understand complex business processes and requirement to develop solutions
  • Create XSLT scrips for integrations to transform XML data
  • Serve as team member backup as needed
  • Identify potential risks, and problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand
  • Develop detailed specifications including integration diagrams for design, application configuration, and requirements

  • Other duties as assigned


Physical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasional irregular work hours (to meet the needs of SJRMC)
  • Must be able to lift twenty-five (25) pounds
  • Occasional: lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and stooping
  • Must be able to: talk (ordinary and conversations), hear (ordinary and conversations), and see (acuity: near and far)
