Role Overview:This role is for a Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Architect, focusing on leading end-to-end solution architecture for Guidewire PolicyCenter on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP). The position requires strong expertise in GWPC and GWCP implementations, including configuration, integration, JPD, and APD, along with proven experience in solution architecture and hands-on development. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of integration patterns, cloud-native architecture, and deployment models, preferably within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for GW PolicyCenter on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Drive design and implementation across GWPC Configuration, Integrations (APIs, messaging, external systems), JPD (Java Product Definition), and APD (Advanced Product Designer).
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of GWCP implementations.
- Support release planning, deployment, and CI/CD processes in cloud environments.
- Provide guidance on data model, product model, and integration architecture.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GWPC Cloud adoption and migration strategies.
Required Skills:- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC).
- Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) implementations.
- Proficiency in GW Configuration, Integration, JPD, and APD.
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and hands-on development.

- Strong knowledge of Cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility programs with minimal ramp-up.
