Location: Hartford, CT (3 days/week from office).Must have: Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter having SSIS based integration platform Roles Responsibilities - Lead the design implementation and support of enterprise data platforms leveraging Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter SSIS and SQL Server technologies
- Own end-to-end delivery of data integration operational data store ODS and data warehouse initiatives supporting insurance business functions
- Partner with business stakeholders architects and application teams to define data strategies integration requirements and reporting solutions across Guidewire ecosystems
- Oversee the architecture and development of SSIS based ETL frameworks ensuring scalable high performing and secure data movement across operational and analytical platforms
- Govern data integration between PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter and downstream reporting solutions while ensuring adherence to enterprise data standards
- Establish data quality reconciliation validation and governance processes to improve reliability and trustworthiness of enterprise data assets
- Provide leadership for production support activities including batch monitoring issue management root cause analysis incident resolution and SLA adherence
- Review and approve ETL designs data models dimensional schemas SQL code and technical solutions to ensure alignment with architecture and best practices
- Manage project planning resource allocation risk mitigation stakeholder communication and successful delivery of DataHub and InfoCenter programs in Agile environments
- Lead mentor and develop technical teams while driving continuous improvements in ETL development standards cloud adoption automation and operational excellence across Azure hosted platforms

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $115,000
