Role MissionThe Director, Process Excellence, Governance and Transformation will lead the standardization, optimization, and governance of Finance operations across the region, ensuring alignment with Kering Shared Services and Group standards. The role will strengthen financial controls, process efficiency, data quality, and accountability across core finance cycles while driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives that support a disciplined and high-performing Finance organization.
Key Accountabilities- Drive end-to-end standardization and optimization of finance processes in alignment with Kering Shared Services (KSS) and Group standards;
- Streamline Record to Report(R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), tax and treasury cycles to enhance efficiency, control, and accountability;
- Enforce robust governance and internal controls, ensuring full balance sheet ownership and integrity;
- Lead targeted clean-up initiatives and strengthen reconciliation discipline ensure accuracy of each account in books;
- Function as primary interface with KSS, ensuring alignment, accountability, and seamless execution;
- Establish clear communication flows to accelerate issue resolution and transparency;
- Implement KPIs and control frameworks to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions;
- Embed continuous improvement and performance tracking across finance operations;
- Lead Purchase Order (PO) deployment and enforce strict adherence to group guidelines and efficiency programs;
- Strengthen cost control and operational discipline across the region;
- Lead audit coordination ensuring readiness, compliance, and smooth execution;
- Serve as key liaison between auditors, KSS, and internal stakeholders;
- Partner with business teams while reinforcing financial discipline and compliance;
- Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and control environment.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required;
- Advanced degree or relevant professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Operations, or a related function;
- Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, process optimization, and operational improvement initiatives;
- Strong experience across core finance processes;
- Experience partnering with shared service organizations and/or centralized finance functions, preferably within a global organization;
- Experience working within a matrixed, international organization and partnering effectively across business and functional teams;
- Some travel may be required.

Salary Range - New YorkFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $166,500 USD to $185,000 USD.
