About the roleYou'll join Vibe's People team and own full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. You'll report to our Talent Acquisition Director.
GTM is our growth engine. Our bar is quality first, and we deliver 30+ high-impact hires a quarter. If you want real ownership of your searches and the autonomy to shape process, not just run it, this is that role.
What you'll doOwn the full recruiting cycle- Run GTM searches end to end, from intake through signed offer
- Source passive talent through LinkedIn, outbound sequences, and community networks
- Run structured interviews and give hiring managers clear, evidence-based assessments
Partner with the business- Lead intake with GTM hiring managers to define scope, success criteria, and calibration benchmarks
- Advise hiring managers on market realities, compensation, and interview best practices
- Push back when a job spec or process creates risk. You're a partner, not an order-taker.
Drive quality and speed- Keep a healthy pipeline across all your open roles
- Track and report weekly on time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
- Spot bottlenecks and fix them
Raise the bar on candidate experience- Give every candidate clear communication, honest feedback, and a process that reflects our standards
- Shorten time-to-offer without lowering the bar
Build the infrastructure- Keep our ATS (Ashby) data clean and accurate for forecasting and reporting
- Help build scalable sourcing playbooks and interview frameworks as the team grow
What you need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company
- Track record of running multiple searches at once while keeping quality high
- Strong sourcing skills with passive talent, not just inbound
- Sharp instincts for GTM talent: you understand sales motions and quota structures, and what separates a good hire from a great one
- Clear, direct communication that builds trust with hiring managers and candidates fast
Nice to have- Recruiting experience in adtech, martech, or streaming/CTV
- Experience with Ashby
