Job Description:

The GTM (Go-To-Market) Architect is a strategic and consultative role on the Cambria Digital Transformation Team. This person provides technical guidance and strategic direction to design, integrate, and optimize the software systems fueling our revenue engine. The role is responsible for the planning, analysis, and architectural definition of future capabilities across our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.

As a consultant, the GTM Architect owns the "how" of solution delivery. This involves collaborating with Product Managers, emerging Revenue Operations (RevOps) leaders, Developers, and business stakeholders to break down organizational silos. You will define technical approaches that solve business problems—such as fixing data flow issues between CRMs, building robust marketing/sales data pipelines, and implementing marketing attribution models—to drive measurable growth and sales efficiency.

As a strategist, the GTM Architect is responsible for creating key technical deliverables, including system context diagrams, integration blueprints, and workflow automation designs. You will work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, optimize lead routing, and provide guidance to engineering teams during regular standups to resolve ambiguity. You will also ensure strict compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while defining and maintaining a long-term technology roadmap that shapes the strategic revenue direction of Cambria.

  • Communication & Leadership: Provide direct technical leadership to stakeholders and teams. Advise leadership on process improvements and serve as the expert on RevOps data initiatives.

  • Mentorship: Mentor developers, offering direct guidance on technical issues and complex work items.

  • Adaptability: Navigate ambiguity by making fast, informed decisions, identifying risks, and providing clear mitigation strategies.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with MarTech, SalesTech, and AI automation trends, sharing best practices with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience architecting Salesforce and CRM platforms, focusing on advanced automation (Flows), custom development, CI/CD pipelines, and native data integrations.

  • Technical Acumen: Deep experience managing the GTM customer data lifecycle across critical platforms:

    • Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    • Data Warehousing & CDP: Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud

  • Architectural Experience: Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, API integrations, real-time data pipelines, and enterprise messaging.

  • Methodology: Proven experience in Agile environments using lifecycle management tools like Jira.

  • Communication: Strong ability to translate complex GTM technical architecture into clear business value for developers, business stakeholders, and executives.
