GTM Architect

Job Description:

The GTM (Go-To-Market) Architect is a strategic and consultative role on the Cambria Digital Transformation Team. This person provides technical guidance and strategic direction to design, integrate, and optimize the software systems fueling our revenue engine. The role is responsible for the planning, analysis, and architectural definition of future capabilities across our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.

As a consultant, the GTM Architect owns the "how" of solution delivery. As a strategist, the GTM Architect is responsible for creating key technical deliverables, including system context diagrams, integration blueprints, and workflow automation designs. You will work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, optimize lead routing, and provide guidance to engineering teams during regular standups to resolve ambiguity. You will also ensure strict compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while defining and maintaining a long-term technology roadmap that shapes the strategic revenue direction of Cambria.
