Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager (Field & ABM Campaigns)

Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead field marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, pipeline acceleration, and lead generation across direct and partner channels through a balanced mix of digital marketing, webinars, and high-impact industry events.

This is a hands-on marketing role requiring a rare combination of strategic account planning and meticulous operational execution. You will partner closely with sales leadership and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to prioritize trade shows, manage event logistics, build targeted account lists, and track campaign ROI within Salesforce. Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Field Program Execution
• Omnichannel Strategy: Execute and analyze field marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, webinars, and ABM programs to stimulate enterprise demand.
• Event Operations: Coordinate end-to-end preparation and execution for trade shows and industry events, including venue sourcing, logistical planning, meeting space coordination, and comprehensive field briefing guides.
• Budget & Procurement: Manage program budgets, oversee financial reconciliation processes, and handle purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoice processing.

Sales Alignment & CRM Management
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to align priorities, select impactful industry events, and develop targeted account lists designed to accelerate pipeline growth and customer retention.
• CRM Operations: Build and manage campaigns within Salesforce.com, execute list uploads, target account segmentation, and ensure clean data capture.
• Sales Enablement: Keep BDR and sales teams fully informed of upcoming regional activities through internal newsletters, pre-event briefings, and post-event automated email follow-up templates.

Performance Analytics & Optimization
• Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including account engagement levels, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize future field marketing initiatives and budget allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional B2B marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on field marketing, demand generation, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Technical Mastery:
oProven, hands-on proficiency using Salesforce.com for campaign creation, list management, and reporting.
oExperience managing event registration landing pages, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Operational Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing event logistics, vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and strict budget adherence.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; strong project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience marketing within complex B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise solution sectors.
• Familiarity with sales development workflows and BDR enablement strategies.
