The RoleWe're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to build the engine that turns attention into revenue. You own performance marketing end-to-end: paid acquisition, the funnel, lifecycle, and the attribution that tells us what each dollar produced. You run experiments every week, keep what works, cut what doesn't, and report the numbers to a sales team that measures itself daily.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of room. You'll build your own systems with AI, from campaign builds and reporting to research and testing, so a lean team outproduces a much bigger one. You'll be at the front of how Flowhub introduces itself to new industries, starting with liquor retail, and you'll work beside Annie Fleshman, our Executive Creative Director, who leads brand and creative. Do this well, and it grows into running marketing.
You'll report to Royce Luque, VP of Sales, who runs sales and marketing as one system, and work on-site at our Coconut Grove HQ in Miami, five days a week, next to the executive team. We'll help the right person move to Miami.
What You'll Own (Build It, Measure It, Do It Again)- Paid acquisition. Search, social, and whatever channel earns its budget, with spend you can defend line by line.
- Attribution and the funnel. Clean tracking from first touch to closed deal, and a weekly read the sales team trusts.
- Experiments. A steady cadence of tests on offers, audiences, pages, and messages, with the results written down.
- Your AI stack. The workflows, automations, and agents that let you do the work of a team.
- New categories. The demand plan for each new industry we enter, liquor first.
- The sales partnership. Time on the sales floor, hearing what buyers say, and turning it into pipeline.
You'll Probably Love This Role If:- You think in numbers. CAC, conversion, pipeline contribution: you can talk them without a deck, and your opinions come from the data.
- AI is how you work. You've built your own tools, prompts, and automations, and in the last six months they changed what you can do alone.
- You're curious to a fault. You study why things work, test your hunches, and have taste you can defend.
- You want ownership early. A chance to run a function and prove you can lead it sounds like the best job you could get.
- Hard problems give you energy. A new category and a sales team that pushes back daily sound like fun, not stress.
- You want to be years ahead of your peers. Building the growth engine at a profitable company scaling into new markets is experience most marketers rarely get this early.
🚩 This Role Probably Isn't For You If:- You want a lifestyle job. The pace is fast, the bar is high, and the work never sits still.
- You'd rather stay out of sight. On a small team, there's nowhere to hide, and everyone carries weight.
- You prefer approving the work to doing it. You'll be in the ad accounts, the data, and the tools yourself.
- You measure success in impressions. Everything here gets asked what it produced in pipeline.
- Remote or hybrid is a must for you. This is a Coconut Grove role, five days a week.
Ideal Background (Not a Checklist)- You've personally run paid acquisition with a budget and can put pipeline or revenue numbers next to your work.
- Time at a startup or growth-stage company where marketing had to prove itself, and you built from a small base.
- You've owned attribution or funnel reporting, in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, or whatever the team ran on.
- You build with AI on your own: name the tools, what you made, and what changed because of it.
- You've worked hand in hand with sales and like it.
- Bonus: B2B software for small businesses or retail operators, payments or fintech, or a launch into a market that had never heard of the product. No degree requirement; we hire for how you think.
The Hiring Process: Meet the TeamWe respect your time. Each conversation should give you a clearer picture of whether this is the right move for you.
- Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen): A 30-minute conversation with Aaron Friedman, our talent acquisition partner, on your background, what you're looking for, and mutual fit.
- Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Connect): A conversation with Royce Luque, VP of Sales, on growth programs you ran and what they produced.
- Stage 3 (Final Connect, On-Site): A visit to our Coconut Grove HQ to meet Royce and Will Zinsmeister, Chief of Staff, and see the team at work.
Total time from first conversation to offer: roughly two to three weeks for a strong candidate.
🏁 The DealHere's what you're signing up for. Flowhub is a small team of high performers that moves fast, and this role asks you to produce numbers from week one, in the office, beside the people selling what you market. In return, you get ownership most marketers wait years for, direct access to the executive team, and a growth engine that's yours to build at a profitable company entering new industries. If that's the job you want, apply.
