Own paid acquisition and marketing measurement for Padel39: build the campaigns, run the numbers, and turn spend into members.

Description

Description

About the Role

The Growth Marketer is the hands-on execution engine of our marketing team. You will report to the Director of Marketing and own paid acquisition, tracking, and performance reporting across every club. This is a doing seat: you are in the ad accounts daily, you build the dashboards, and you are accountable for cost per acquisition and conversion at the club level. As we open new markets, you run the acquisition side of every launch.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run paid campaigns end to end across Meta and Google, including audiences, creative briefs, budget pacing, and optimization.
  • Own tracking and attribution: pixels, conversion events, GA4, UTM discipline, and the reporting that ties spend to members.
  • Own local search and listings across every club: Google Business Profiles, maps presence, and local SEO.
  • Report weekly on acquisition, conversion, and cost per acquisition by club, and flag what to cut and what to scale.
  • Run acquisition for new club launches, from pre-opening awareness through founding membership conversion.
  • Support lifecycle execution: email and SMS campaign builds, segmentation, and conversion flows in our CRM.
  • Run structured tests on creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and document what wins.
  • Manage landing pages and conversion paths in partnership with our web resources.

Requirements

  • Three or more years in growth or performance marketing with paid acquisition you have personally run, not managed through an agency.
  • Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience. You have built campaigns yourself and can prove it.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution setup.
  • Comfortable with numbers: you can build a report, spot what moved, and explain why.
  • Email and CRM fluency: campaign builds, segmentation, and automated flows.
  • Scrappy with creative. You can write ad copy, brief assets, and cut a simple video when the moment calls for it.
  • Local search and listings experience is a plus.
  • Austin based and on-site across our clubs, with some travel.

Benefits and Perks

  • Health insurance, 15 days of paid time off, and training and development support.
  • Free padel membership, and access to events and community programming.

Growth Path

This seat sits at the center of how we scale. As we open new markets, the person who owns acquisition grows with the footprint.

Salary

$85,000 - $100,000 per year
