Location: Natick, MA (onsite Mon-Fri when not travelling; heavy traveling to trade shows, events, customer meetings)

About ThinkLite Air:

ThinkLite Air is a social impact organization with a mission to help define the standards for indoor air quality. Our integrated hardware and enterprise software solution leverages proprietary AI technology to autonomously detect and remove harmful airborne pollutants in real-time, making indoor spaces safer, healthier, and more efficient for smart buildings. We are entering a phase of accelerated growth and have many warm leads in the pipeline. We need someone to take the baton, deepen relationships, close business, and amplify our reach.

Position Summary:

This is a revenue-driving, client-facing, go-getter role with strategic importance. You will work directly with the CEO, absorb his approach and style, and act as a confident ambassador of ThinkLite in front of prospects, industry partners, and executive relationships, national and global. You will own the relationship lifecycles of warm leads, convert them, and drive new revenue without being saddled by back-office tasks (you’ll be supported by sales admins). You will also represent ThinkLite at conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, and face-to-face networking. The success in this role will allow for you to replace the CEO at such events and occasions, and over time, you may build out your own team or channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of warm leads (e.g. inbound, event leads, partner referrals), engage them, qualify, nurture, and convert to closed business
• Work side-by-side with the CEO, shadowing his methods, and co-owning and developing large deals and key relationships
• Be a public face for ThinkLite in speaking engagements, panels, webinars, industry forums
• Travel frequently: attend trade shows, conferences, in-person customer meetings (planning flights, logistics, lodging)
• Adapt your style to engage with C-suite, technical stakeholders, clinicians, administrators, and procurement
• Lead technically informed conversations about our product (clinical, regulatory, integration, ROI) in the absence of the CEO
• Deepen relationships post-close to find upsell/expansion opportunities
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, forecasts, pipeline granularity, reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and channel teams
• Assist with channel partner development globally (recruitment, enablement, joint deals)
• Take direction from CEO, execute quickly, own your deliverables

Requirements:

• 5 to 9 years of B2B sales, business development, or growth experience (health tech or healthcare domain strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals from start to finish, converting warm leads into strategic wins, both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
• Experience in speaking engagements, panels, public facing events.
• A road warrior mindset: travel experience, adaptability, stamina: Travel 40-60%
• Strong technical literacy; comfort discussing integrations, technical workflows, clinical/regulatory or research aspects.
• Previous experience handling or developing channel partners / strategic partners (global is ideal).
• Excellent emotional intelligence: able to “read a room,” pivot style between executives and technical audiences
• Highly self-motivated, tenacious, “hungry” for results
• Extremely organized: CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting
• Coachable, willing to learn, eager to shadow a high-performing CEO and wants long-term growth
• Comfort being plugged into high-level relationships and executing introductions
• Ability to manage travel logistics (flights, hotel, rental cars) efficiently and cost-consciously
