Position Summary...What you'll do...Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, visionary Group Director of Product Management to lead the future of Search and Discovery Experiences across Walmart's digital ecosystem.

Customers will continue to shop directly, but increasingly they will also discover, evaluate, and purchase products through AI-powered experiences and agents. This leader will define how Walmart wins in that future-creating the next generation of shopping experiences that help customers discover the right products, make decisions with confidence, and build a lasting preference for Walmart.
The role combines long-term vision with near-term execution. You will set the multi-year strategy for AI-enabled shopping and agentic commerce while leading the immediate product roadmap, experimentation agenda, and operating mechanisms needed to deliver customer and business impact today.
