Role Scope- Model greyspace capacity across sites: the electrical, mechanical, and support space budgets behind every megawatt of whitespace.
- Track allocation against design as builds evolve, catching where greyspace runs out before power does.
- Build the source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits.
- Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.
What We're Looking For- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've done capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities.
- You're comfortable in drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets.
- You've built capacity models that caught a real constraint early.
- You keep a source of truth current across many concurrent changes.
- You present a constraint with options attached.
- Bonus: DCIM tools. Electrical and mechanical fundamentals. SQL and BI tooling. Multi-site portfolios.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
