• Help maintain and evolve the EliseAI brand across every customer-facing touchpoint
• Build reusable templates, design systems, and scalable assets that improve consistency and efficiency across the organization
• Explore new AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline creative production and continuously improve how our team works
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• 2-5 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or similar role

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally
• Curiosity about emerging design technologies and a willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve creative workflows

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or high-growth startups
• Motion design, video editing, illustration, or 3D experience
• Experience with Webflow or modern web design
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, automations, templates, or internal creative tools that improve team efficiency

Why Join

Growth and impact. It's not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded startup that's scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you'll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You'll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn't when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you'll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

• Equity in the company in the form of stock options
