Full Job Description
Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Investment Professional, you will be a critical part of Graham Partners' deal teams, with responsibilities spanning the entire investment lifecycle:

  • Evaluating Transactions: Conducting rigorous financial, operational, and strategic analyses to assess the viability of potential investments. This includes performing market research, competitive analysis, and financial due diligence to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Structuring and Executing Investments: Assisting in the structuring of deals, negotiating key terms, and executing transactions. This involves developing investment theses, preparing investment committee presentations, and working closely with legal and financial advisors to finalize deals.
  • Assisting Senior Investment Professionals with Portfolio Company Management: Supporting value creation initiatives across portfolio companies, including strategic growth planning, operational improvements, and financial performance tracking. You will work closely with management teams to implement best practices and optimize business outcomes.
