As a Government Purchase Card (GPC) Analyst on the Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the GPC Program's operations and modernization efforts by:
- Supporting day-to-day GPC Program operations and preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinating stakeholder meetings, documenting decisions, managing policy and governance materials, and helping resolve program issues.
- Identifying process-improvement opportunities and supporting strategic planning, organizational design, and program-management activities.
- Gathering requirements, partnering with developers, and supporting technical testing, helpdesk operations, and end-user reporting for GPC system enhancements.
- Developing Power BI dashboards, performance assessments, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, and training materials to support cardholders and program stakeholders, including the transition to updated P-Card technology.

The TeamOur Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
QualificationsRequired
:- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of work experience ideally within Government or Finance space
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- You can expect to co-locate on average 5 days/week times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting a Government Purchase Card (GPC) or purchase-card program.
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting technical testing for system enhancements.
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, or analyses.
- Experience delivering end-user training or Tier 1-3 helpdesk support.

This compensation range is specific to Huntsville, AL and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 to $110,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
