Job Summary
We are seeking a Google Gemini Enterprise Architect with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise to provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and implementation support for integrating enterprise AI capabilities with business workflows, Microsoft 365 applications, and enterprise systems. The role requires a hands-on technical expert who understands cloud infrastructure and can identify practical AI use cases, assess business requirements, design integration architectures, and support implementation across internal agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and Microsoft 365, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Google Gemini Enterprise across internal agencies.
• Provide strategic consultation on AI-driven business solutions, implementation approaches, and integration best practices.
• Assess business processes and identify opportunities to integrate Gemini Enterprise into agency workflows.
• Develop and evaluate use cases demonstrating how agencies can apply Gemini Enterprise to address business challenges.
• Lead and support integrations between Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise workflows, and other business systems.
• Design and implement integration architectures aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate integration approaches for Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective integration solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and integration specifications.
• Develop implementation playbooks and reusable use case libraries for common business scenarios.
• Mentor team members on Gemini Enterprise capabilities, implementation approaches, and integration techniques.
• Stay current with Gemini Enterprise enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Identify innovative applications of AI technology to solve business challenges.
• Evaluate and optimize existing implementations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic improvements to enterprise AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms with business workflows and systems.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert or technical consultant in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Deep understanding of Google Gemini Enterprise architecture, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivation, strong project management capabilities, and a hands-on approach to technical implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Cloud Platform certifications.
• Integration experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with API integration, authentication protocols, and data security practices.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Interest in applying AI technology to practical business use cases.
