Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is seeking an experienced Global Web Publishing Lead to join the ASCS Global Websites team. This role is central to how ASCS delivers and scales web content across multiple domains and international markets - combining hands-on publishing execution with program management and analytics.
As the Global Publishing Lead, you will own publishing operations across the ASCS web ecosystem - driving content delivery, finding publishing efficiencies, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure content flows consistently across all domains and regions. You will own the day-to-day publishing rhythm, manage the contractor resource, and drive process improvements that enable the team to do more with less. You will also own the localization program end-to-end - managing translation workflows, regional content publishing, and localization QA across all international sites. Additionally, you will serve as the team's analytics execution engine - building dashboards, executing A/B tests, and producing the performance reporting that informs strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and energized by bringing structure to fast-moving content operations. You take ownership of your work, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and constantly look for ways to improve processes and deliver results more efficiently.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead global publishing operations across all ASCS web properties, coordinating cross-functionally with content, product marketing, editorial, and regional teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
- Identify and implement publishing efficiencies - streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, automating repetitive tasks, and establishing scalable processes that grow with the portfolio
- Own the website localization program end-to-end: manage translation vendor relationships, coordinate regional content publishing, run localization QA, and ensure culturally appropriate experiences are delivered on time across all international markets
- Manage the publishing contractor, assigning work, reviewing output quality, and ensuring coverage across all domains and regions
- Build and maintain web performance dashboards in Adobe Analytics, tracking traffic, conversion, engagement, and page speed; produce bi-weekly and monthly performance reports for the team and leadership
- Supports A/B and multivariate testing by QAing test implementations, flagging conflicts with scheduled publishing, and ensuring test pages meet content and formatting standards before going live
- Own the publishing intake queue and P1/P2/P3 triage process, ensuring requests are prioritized appropriately and blockers are escalated
- Partner with the Web Strategy & Program Lead on new market launches, transitioning ongoing regional publishing into the localization program once initial site setup is complete; coordinate with the Experimentation Lead to ensure testing schedules do not conflict with publishing timelines.
