Full Job Description
Aristocrat Technology is looking to hire a Global Trade Compliance lead to their Global Logistics, Warehouse and Trade team. The Global Trade Compliance Lead provides governance, subject matter expertise, and oversight across global import and export activities. This role enables day-to-day operations by providing guidance to regional teams, ensuring adherence to global standards, audit documentation and customs brokers, and performs detailed analysis for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and special trade programs. The specialist plays a key role in maintaining a strong compliance framework and reducing regulatory risk across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the global subject matter expert for trade compliance and provide authoritative mentorship across all operating regions.
  • Lead the introduction, management, and continuous refinement of trade compliance policies, controls, and frameworks.
  • Act as the SME for classification, valuation, origin, export controls, and other core compliance topics.
  • Develop, implement, and evolve trade compliance standards and guidelines.
  • Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation efforts, guiding corrective actions throughout the organization.
  • Identify gaps, non-compliance risks, and process deviations; support corrective actions and remediation plans.
  • Maintain audit records and support compliance reporting and benchmark tracking.
  • Provide governance oversight for global product classification, including HTS, ECCN, and country of origin determinations.
  • Review and validate regional classification decisions to ensure global consistency.
  • Support restricted party screening governance and bring up potential issues as needed.
  • Monitor global regulatory changes (customs, export controls, sanctions, trade programs) and communicate impacts.
  • Perform detailed qualification analysis for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), duty savings programs, and other preferential trade initiatives.
  • Partner with sourcing, engineering, and regional compliance teams to expand program participation and optimize duty savings opportunities.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory compliance functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification, Free Trade Agreement Analysis/Qualification, Process Auditing, and application of Import/Export trade regulations.
  • Strong project management and Global Trade systems experience (e.g. Global Trade Management (E2Open), D365, Internal - ERP; External - ACE, SQL).
  • Proven experience auditing import/export documentation or customs broker performance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply global trade regulations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize various projects at the same time.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing trade compliance strategies and initiatives successfully.


Travel Expectations
Up to 25%

Pay Range
$66,500 - $123,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
