Job Description:
The Global Sales Operations Training & Process Analyst is responsible for training, coaching, and supporting Global Sales Analysts to ensure consistent execution of global sales operations processes and best practices. This role supports the daily execution and continuous improvement of global sales operations by partnering with Sales, Operation, Supply Chain, Sales Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project execution, timely project closures, process compliance, and data integrity. The analyst also helps maintain standardized processes, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to achieving business objectives.

Train, coach, and support Global Sales Analysts on quoting and estimating systems and tools, task management, data hygiene, and project closing procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales operations issues related to project closures, resolving operational obstacles and ensuring timely completion.
Act as the liaison between Sales and Supply Chain to resolve planning discrepancies and operational issues affecting committed projects.
Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure a standardized global onboarding process for Sales Analysts and support ongoing training initiatives.
Maintain and update Sales Operations process documentation and work instructions.
Participate in project handoff meetings to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Audit and review all global handoff checklists and follow up with the team to ensure process compliance.
Provide coverage for Sales Analyst responsibilities during vacations, absences, or workload fluctuations.
Assist with ad hoc reporting, opportunity cleanup, and data quality initiatives.
Participate in the testing and validation of estimator enhancements and other sales tools.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $140,000-$155,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements. This role is also eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package. (Applicable to California)
