Global Pig Resistant Product (PRP) Program Manager (remote).This role leads the integration, coordination, and governance efforts of PIC's global PRP program. As PRP expands across multiple markets with unique regulatory, commercial, stewardship, and stakeholder requirements, this role ensures the program operates as one coordinated system rather than a collection of independent workstreams.
The Global PRP Program Manager maintains a holistic view of the PRP program, continuously connecting people, priorities, decisions, and workstreams to ensure the program remains aligned, adaptable, and positioned for successful commercialization. The role enables department and workstream leads to focus on their core responsibilities by removing barriers, simplifying cross-functional coordination, and creating the operational discipline needed to successfully scale PRP globally.
The successful candidate can work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. The candidate can work autonomously as well as collaboratively across functional teams, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Success is measured through cross-functional alignment, effective governance, timely execution, proactive risk management, commercialization readiness, organizational accountability, and the successful expansion of PRP across global markets.
This position is based remotely in the United States, with travel approximately of 10% domestically.
The salary range for this position is $126,500 - $153,000 USD annually. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
You Will- Serve as the primary coordinator and integrator across all PRP workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution as a unified global program.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships & relationships across commercialization, regulatory, legal, stewardship, supply chain, product development, quality, marketing, franchise, and leadership teams.
- Lead the governance framework and operating rhythm for the PRP program, including meetings, reviews, decision-making processes, and reporting structures.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, resource needs, opportunities, and organizational barriers to execution.
- Drive organizational accountability by tracking decisions, commitments, action items, approvals, and contractual obligations through completion.
- Develop and maintain standardized governance tools, dashboards, templates, reporting, and operational processes to improve visibility and consistency across the program.
- Own and continuously improve the cross-functional PRP Market Readiness Framework, ensuring commercialization readiness across global markets.
- Coordinate commercialization planning activities, scenario evaluations, and cross-functional readiness efforts to support strategic decision-making and market expansion.
- Monitor evolving regulatory, commercial, operational, and market conditions and ensure program plans adapt while maintaining organizational alignment.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of program progress, strategic decisions, lessons learned, and key documentation, enabling effective communication and organizational learning.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among global markets, franchises, consultants, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure insights are incorporated into program strategies and priorities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance, commercialization effectiveness, scalability, cross-functional collaboration, and overall program performance.
RequirementsBasic Qualifications (required):- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Progressive years of experience in program management, commercialization, product development, operations, strategic planning, or related business functions.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple functions, stakeholders, and business priorities.
- Experience managing strategic business initiatives from planning through execution.
- Proven ability to influence, align, and build effective working relationships across diverse teams without direct reporting authority.
- Experience developing and managing governance frameworks, executive reporting, operating cadences, and decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and business impacts while proactively driving solutions.
- Experience working within global organizations and coordinating activities across multiple regions, cultures, and functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or related advanced degree).
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project/program management certification.
- Experience within animal health, agriculture, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting global product launches, commercialization programs, or market expansion initiatives.
