In this role, you'll serve as a technical expert and trusted resource, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and customers to support product development, solve real-world equipment challenges, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
Be a Technical Leader
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for McLanahan's crushing and screening equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, manufacturing operations, sales teams, and customers.

Help Shape Product Improvements
  • Evaluate product enhancements, design modifications, and engineering changes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Support engineering releases and technical decision-making.

Support Engineering Excellence
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating engineering and drafting standards.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, testing procedures, and proposals.
  • Create and review engineering drawings using CAD and drafting software.

Partner with Manufacturing
  • Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and aligned with production requirements.

Solve Customer Challenges
  • Travel to customer sites to inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, evaluate performance, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide technical support related to product applications, operational improvements, and equipment optimization.
  • Help customers achieve safe, reliable, and efficient operation of their equipment.

Collaborate Across the Business
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales to support customer needs and business goals.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, customer visits, and sales meetings to represent McLanahan's products and technical capabilities.

Represent McLanahan
  • Build strong working relationships internally and externally while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll BringEducation & Experience
