Summary

Celestica's Corporate Brand, Marketing and Communications team manages the company's internal and external brand and marketing. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will drive strategic marketing campaigns and develop impactful content in support of our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions Business and growth priorities. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to help elevate Celestica's external profile and drive engagement within key customer accounts. The ideal candidate brings 14+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with proven expertise in account-based marketing, demand generation, and content development. In addition, they must enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, be well organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of energy to support various marketing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, targeted outbound marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Marketing, and external vendors, ensuring messaging aligns with business goals and value propositions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, SMEs, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and flawless campaign execution across customer/account touchpoints.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and resources to support the Account and Sales teams.
  • Manage the tradeshow and event strategy, planning, messaging, and execution.
  • Support the development of high-impact, technical content, including white papers, technical blogs, and web pages, to drive awareness and demand for Celestica's technology solutions.
  • Uphold Celestica's brand identity and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms.
  • Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and optimize marketing spend to maximize profitability and overall effectiveness.


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Deep understanding of the technology ecosystem and landscape
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking and compute technologies, with the ability to support marketing initiatives within a complex B2B technology environment and engage effectively with technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance key business and marketing initiatives
  • Proficient in marketing, social media management and AI tools such as Jasper, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Semrush and Hubspot
  • Superior writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding and experience in marketing and branding principles and practices including design, print and digital
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, utilizing both human creativity and AI-assisted drafting

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are generally performed in good working conditions.

Salary Range: USD $107,272-$167,195

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
