Moog's Corporate Group is looking for a Global Compensation Partner to join our growing Rewards Team. In this strategic role, you will serve as a key advisor within the Compensation Center of Expertise (CoE), bringing global market intelligence, regulatory insight, and external best practices into our compensation strategy. You will play a critical role in connecting global frameworks with local execution, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs across geographies.

You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Over seven (7) years of experience in compensation, roles involving strong HR partnerships, or HR roles within a global organization
  • Strong expertise in global compensation practices, regulatory compliance, pay equity, and works councils
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting global compensation programs or projects across multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to synthesize data and market insights into strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area, or willing to relocate, to work onsite.


As the Global Compensation Partner, you will:

Strategic Compensation Partnership
  • Serve as a consultant both within the Compensation CoE and to HR & business leaders, providing global market insights and trends to inform compensation strategy and program design
  • Translate external practices into actionable recommendations for compensation frameworks and decision-making
  • Act as a project manager and primary liaison to global HR and business partners to align local programs with global philosophy
  • Lead and manage the charter and agenda of the Global Compensation Council and foster a strong community of practice


Global Pay Transparency Enablement
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and execution of the global pay transparency roadmap
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Communications to ensure compliant and locally relevant implementation
  • Educate leaders and HR partners on effective communication of pay decisions to reinforce trust and equity


Global Market Insights & Trends
  • Monitor global compensation practices across regions, industries, and labor markets
  • Translate market intelligence into practical guidance for HR and business leaders
  • Track regulatory developments and integrate compliance considerations into compensation recommendations


Collaboration & Governance
  • Partner across the CoE to advise on compensation structures and practices as business needs evolve
  • Ensure alignment of global frameworks while enabling local market differentiation where appropriate
  • Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex or high-risk compensation matters

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$160,000.00 Annually
