State Street Investment Management is seeking an experienced Vice President II Financial Institutions, to join our Global Cash distribution team. State Street Investment Management manages more than $6 trillion in assets globally and is a leading provider of cash management solutions, overseeing approximately $600 billion in multi-currency money market funds and short-duration fixed income portfolios.
As a Vice President II, you will:- Drive new business development efforts with the Financial Intermediary channel by expanding and diversifying the client base through proactive prospect engagement, consultative outreach, and strategic use of market intelligence, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
- Take ownership of territory management, including identifying and prioritizing new opportunities, cultivating existing relationships, and executing a targeted business development strategy.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and industry events, leveraging market and economic insights to deliver meaningful value and thought leadership during client interactions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key market trends, competitor offerings, differentiators, and industry developments.
- Stay current on regulatory and policy developments impacting cash and liquidity products, effectively communicating relevant insights to clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across State Street Investment Management, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product Management, and Portfolio Management, to support business growth and client success.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Global Cash business by helping clients identify and implement cash and liquidity solutions that align with their investment objectives and operational needs.
These skills will help you succeed in this role- 7-10+ years of successful sales experience in financial services, with expertise in money market funds, liquidity solutions, fixed income, or related institutional investment products.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Required
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 Required

Salary Range: $120,000 - $210,000 Annual
