The Role
Adyen is looking for an effective, detail oriented, and brand and PR program manager. This role will work out of our SF or NYC office and report to the VP of Global Brand and PR.
You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, timeline management, and cross-functional execution for high-impact brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints, and driving forward brand awareness programs that support our growth goals.
What You'll Do
Drive Integrated Campaigns: Manage the end-to-end execution, timelines, and operational workflows for integrated brand campaigns and programs across digital, PR, and social channels to build brand equity and support commercial growth. Conduct post-project retrospectives and implement process improvements and lessons learned.
Program Management & Resource Management: Develop project plans, resource allocation matrices, and tracking milestones via project management tools.
Align Key Stakeholders: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between PMM, Studio, Product, and Engineering teams (and others as needed) to keep campaigns, special projects, product launches and brand-led events on schedule.
Brand Governance: Work with Brand Enablement Manager to maintain global brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across brand led-events, sales enablement collateral, case studies, events, and customer communications.
Partner with Studio and Social Media: Work closely with design and content to ensure all assets and outputs are high-quality and on time, while partnering with social media to ensure assets are delivered timely and on brand for distribution.
Scale with Emerging AI Tools: Proactively integrate AI tools and workflows into creative processes to reduce friction, boost campaign agility, and pioneer innovative storytelling mediums.
Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, PR firms, and brand consultants. Track vendor deliverables, manage agency contract timelines, and ensure production schedules remain on schedule.
Who You Are
5+ years of Program Management experience within marketing, creative agencies, corporate brands teams, tech, SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
Proven track record of building and launching multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale with measurable business impact.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology concepts into simple, human narratives without losing technical accuracy.
Cross-Functional Influence: Proven success partnering with Marketing, Product, and leadership stakeholders.
Modern Toolset: Hands-on experience integrating modern workflows and generative AI tools to streamline creative development.
High-Agency Mindset: Low ego, fast-moving, and comfortable taking full accountability from concept to execution.
Project Management Methodologies: proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, or Other).
Comfortable with travel up to 30% of the year.
