As a Vice President of Product Management in the Global Banking – Payments Sales Experience Product Team, you will own the strategic direction, execution, and long09term evolution of a critical product portfolio. The Payments Sales Experience portfolio spans the lead09to09revenue lifecycle, connecting client intelligence, CRM platforms, solutioning, deal execution, onboarding workflows, and revenue realization. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, launch, and scale intelligent products that leverage automation, analytics, and agentic AI. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across business, design, data science, and engineering, you will translate customer needs and firm strategy into a cohesive product roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes and modern, intuitive user experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Sets product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences, leveraging agentic AI, analytics, and automation to drive differentiation, scale, and business impact.
  • Partners with Quad leadership0909Design, Product, Data, and Technology09to identify, prioritize, and fund high09value product opportunities aligned to customer needs, market evolution, and firm strategy.
  • Owns end09to09end product accountability, considering upstream and downstream impacts across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
  • Leads product discovery and insight generation through user research, journey mapping, experimentation, and market analysis to inform a forward09looking, AI09enabled roadmap.
  • Establishes and monitors product success metrics (adoption, automation, cycle time, revenue enablement, operational efficiency) and uses insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Drives workflow optimization and platform integration across CRM, sales intelligence, solutioning, onboarding, and revenue realization experiences, ensuring a seamless end09to09end sales experience.
  • Drives execution excellence, ensuring clear problem definition and close partnership with engineering, data science, and design teams.
  • Champions responsible AI practices, including governance, risk management, and transparency, as capabilities mature and scale.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with increased scope and accountability for complex, enterprise09scale products.
  • Experience modernizing and scaling CRM, sales, and revenue platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Strong command of the product development life cycle, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization within large, regulated, or data09intensive environments.
  • Experience leading cross09functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, UX, and business functions.
  • Applied familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation09enabled products, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical, customer09and business09focused solutions (deep technical expertise not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, evaluate business impact, and make data09informed tradeoffs.
  • Understanding of operating in managed09risk or regulated environments, including partnership with legal, compliance, and control functions.
