Phillips Medisize is seeking a Global Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing key global accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term profitable business growth. This role requires developing collaborative and trusting relationships with customers across multiple integrated levels and disciplines, learning from their perspectives to generate insights and discover new ways to create mutual value. This role will play a key role in identifying and advancing growth opportunities within strategic accounts, partnering closely with regional sales leaders, business development, operations, and cross-functional teams to translate global account strategy into executable regional plans.

This is a hybrid role based near our Hudson, WI office, with an expectation to be onsite approximately two days per week and travel as needed to support customer and internal business needs. Candidates in the Hudson, WI / Minneapolis-St. Paul market are strongly preferred.

What You Will Do
  • Establish and execute global account strategies that align customer priorities, service expectations, profitability goals, and long-term value creation objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders while serving as a strategic commercial partner.
  • Identify and advance growth opportunities within existing accounts through collaboration with business development, sales, engineering, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Lead strategic commercial negotiations, pricing initiatives, renewal strategies, and value-based proposals that support profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Manage complex global accounts spanning multiple customer locations, manufacturing sites, and business units while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational alignment.
  • Develop and leverage market, industry, and customer insights to identify trends, inform account strategies, and create competitive advantages.
  • Evaluate the strategic and economic value of opportunities, partnering with leadership to support investment decisions and customer growth plans.
  • Expand relationships across customer organizations and internal stakeholders to maximize the value of the existing book of business and drive long-term profitable growth.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in global account management
  • Experience working with market trends and customer needs
  • Seven (7) or more years of senior account management, strategic account management, business development, or commercial experience managing large, complex accounts across multiple customer locations, manufacturing sites, or business units.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in technology, electronics, interconnect, cable assembly, integrated electronics, or complex contract manufacturing environments.
  • People leadership experience, including direct supervision, team leadership, or demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Experience working within a CDMO, contract manufacturing, or outsourced design/manufacturing environment in the Medical Device Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level or executive customer stakeholders in complex commercial environments.
