Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Responsabilités générales du poste

À titre de candidat(e) retenu(e), vous agirez comme conseiller(ère) auprès de l'équipe des Ventes et Marketing afin d'analyser et de développer le positionnement commercial des programmes de moteurs OEM. À ce titre, vous serez appelé(e) à :
  • Réaliser des analyses de prix et diverses évaluations commerciales.
  • Effectuer des analyses comparatives des clauses contractuelles.
  • Analyser les tendances des ventes et les performances opérationnelles.


Ce rôle couvre l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit. Une bonne compréhension du processus RLPM, la promotion de son application ainsi que l'accompagnement des équipes dans la gestion du changement constituent des éléments essentiels du poste.

Rôles et responsabilités
  • Gérer des projets de grande envergure présentant un niveau élevé de complexité et formuler des recommandations visant l'amélioration des processus.
  • Développer et maintenir des outils d'analyse ainsi que des projets analytiques liés aux tendances de ventes et à l'optimisation des plans de vente.
  • Contribuer aux objectifs du département ou de l'unité d'affaires en mettant à profit une expertise avancée dans un ou plusieurs domaines fonctionnels.
  • Soutenir la préparation et la présentation d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) destinés à la haute direction.
  • Démontrer une compréhension transversale de l'organisation en conciliant les engagements envers les clients, les indicateurs financiers, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la qualité des processus.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans le cadre de projets stratégiques à travers l'organisation.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat accompagné de 7 à 10 années d'expérience pertinente ou Maîtrise accompagnée de 5 à 7 années d'expérience pertinente.
  • Forte orientation client; une expérience auprès d'une clientèle B2B dans un environnement manufacturier constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'aérospatiale est considérée comme un atout.
  • Expérience démontrée en amélioration des processus et des outils (CORE).
  • Aisance à réaliser des analyses de positionnement de marché et de tarification stratégique.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint. Une connaissance de Power BI, des macros Excel, des systèmes CRM et de SAP constitue un atout.
  • Esprit d'équipe et expérience de collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Manager, Commercial strategy

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

General Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will act as a consultant to the Sales and Marketing team, supporting the analysis and development of the commercial positioning of OEM engine programs. In this role, you will:
  • Perform pricing analyses and various commercial assessments.
  • Conduct benchmarking of contractual/legal clauses.
  • Analyze sales trends and operational performance.

This position supports the entire product lifecycle. A strong understanding of the RLPM process, advocacy for its application, and the ability to support change management initiatives are essential to success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead projects of significant scope and complexity while providing recommendations to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and projects related to sales trends and sales plan optimization.
  • Contribute to departmental and business objectives by applying advanced knowledge in one or more functional areas.
  • Support the development and reporting of executive-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate cross-functional knowledge by balancing customer commitments, financial performance, operational efficiency, and process quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and projects across the organization.

  • Strong customer focus; experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in process and tool improvement initiatives (CORE).
  • Experience with strategic pricing, market positioning, and commercial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Excel macros, CRM systems, and SAP is considered an asset.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
