Titre du poste: Gestionnaire senior, Réparation des composantes

Dans un contexte de forte croissance de la demande pour la réparation de composants moteurs, nous devons accélérer la transformation de nos opérations pour garantir un niveau de service exceptionnel à nos clients internes et externes.

En tant que leader de l'organisation, vous aurez l'opportunité d'appliquer vos connaissances en excellence opérationnelle et de mobiliser votre leadership pour guider et soutenir votre équipe dans sa croissance.
Responsable d'un centre de profit, vous veillerez au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes en priorisant :
  • La santé et la sécurité des employés,
  • Le respect des normes environnementales,
  • La qualité des produits.


Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la promotion de l'efficacité opérationnelle, l'orientation client et l'incarnation des valeurs de RTX. Vous contribuerez également à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de la stratégie quinquennale, au développement de nouvelles activités et à la réalisation de projets de transformation dans l'ensemble du réseau MRO.

Ce poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles à Saint-Hubert, et s'effectue exclusivement sur site.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Assurer la livraison des composants issus des quatre chaînes de valeur, de l'induction à la livraison.
  • Diriger une équipe de superviseurs et inspirer une culture d'engagement, de responsabilisation et de développement.
  • Piloter les opérations pour :
    • Augmenter le throughput,
    • Améliorer les performances des goulots d'étranglement,
    • Réduire les temps d'attente,
    • Contrôler le WIP,
    • Assurer la continuité opérationnelle,
    • Atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Promouvoir la santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE) et assurer un environnement de travail sûr.
  • Mettre la qualité au cœur des actions et mener les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Contribuer à une vision stratégique sur 1, 5 et 10 ans pour soutenir la croissance.
  • Favoriser l'innovation et l'industrialisation de nouvelles technologies
  • Planifier et suivre la production pour assurer la livraison selon les délais, quantités et standards de qualité.
  • Animer les équipes et conduire les réunions quotidiennes (tier meetings).
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) : throughput, qualité, WIP, coûts, satisfaction client, etc.
  • Agir rapidement face aux imprévus (pannes, écarts qualité, incidents SSE).
  • Optimiser les flux et les ressources, en soutenant les initiatives de Lean et d'amélioration continue (5S, Kaizen).
  • Arbitrer les priorités opérationnelles au quotidien.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes (équipes, direction, partenaires).
  • Respecter les engagements financiers et protéger la rentabilité du centre de profit.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou en gestion des affaires avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion progressive au sein de l'industrie aérospatiale; MBA ou autre diplôme de gestion avancé de préférence.
  • Expérience dans un rôle de direction et capacité à être promu grâce à des performances démontrées et à des capacités prouvées.
  • Expérience avec des effectifs syndiqués et non syndiqués.
  • Succès démontré dans la gestion des opérations, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Aptitude prouvée à diriger des projets dans les domaines suivants ayant une incidence sur les opérations : EH&S, RH, Qualité, Finance, Éthique/Conformité et Contrôle des exportations.
  • La connaissance des principes de la transformation Lean et une compréhension des processus d'assemblage, de test et d'usinage sont des atouts.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Oversee component delivery across the four value streams, from induction to shipment.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and development.
  • Manage operations to:
  • Increase throughput,
  • Improve bottleneck performance,
  • Reduce lead times,
  • Control WIP (work-in-progress),
  • Ensure operational continuity,
  • Meet financial targets.
  • Promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Place quality at the center of all actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a 1, 5, and 10 year strategic vision to support business growth.
  • Encourage innovation and the industrialization of new technologies.
  • Plan and track production to meet delivery deadlines, quantities, and quality standards.
  • Lead daily team meetings (tier meetings).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): throughput, quality, WIP, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Respond swiftly to unexpected events (equipment breakdowns, quality deviations, HSE incidents).
  • Optimize workflow and resources by supporting Lean and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
  • Prioritize daily operational decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (teams, management, partners).
  • Meet financial commitments and protect the profit center's profitability.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management with over 10 years of progressive management experience in the aerospace industry; MBA or other advanced management degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience and the potential for promotion through demonstrated performance and capabilities.
  • Experience working with both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
  • Demonstrated success in operations management with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects with impact on operations in areas such as EH&S, HR, Quality, Finance, Ethics/Compliance, and Export Controls.
  • Knowledge of Lean transformation principles and an understanding of assembly, testing, and machining processes are considered assets.
