L'équipe des Services commerciaux du service à la clientèle de P&WC est actuellement à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire Senior au support client afin de diriger une équipe de professionnels en charge de la relation avec nos clients des pièces de rechange. Cette personne sera chargée de maintenir les relations avec les clients, de proposer des solutions et de représenter la voix des clients et de toutes autres parties externes au sein de la compagnie.

Le poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles à Longueuil, et est exclusivement sur place.

Le/la Senior Manager relève du/de la Directeur(trice) associé(e), Opérations des programmes clients et assure le leadership stratégique de l'organisation Integrated Material Flow (IMF), avec la responsabilité d'optimiser le flux intégré des matières de bout en bout et de garantir la disponibilité des matériaux afin de répondre aux exigences des clients et des opérations.

Les responsabilités comprennent :
  • Diriger, encadrer et développer une équipe de leaders Integrated Material Flow (IMF), en établissant des priorités claires, des objectifs de performance et une responsabilisation appropriée afin d'assurer une exécution efficace des besoins en matériaux des clients.
  • Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation du flux intégré des matières de bout en bout au sein du programme client, de la planification des approvisionnements et de la disponibilité des matériaux jusqu'à la gestion des stocks, la logistique, les besoins des ateliers et la livraison au point d'utilisation.
  • Maintenir et renforcer des partenariats solides avec les représentants du service à la clientèle (CSR), les ateliers MRO, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les achats, la logistique et les autres parties prenantes clés, afin d'assurer la disponibilité des matériaux et de soutenir les priorités opérationnelles.
  • Piloter la résolution rapide et globale des problèmes d'approvisionnement et de disponibilité des matériaux, en identifiant les causes racines, en évaluant les impacts en aval et en coordonnant les actions interfonctionnelles afin de protéger les exigences des clients et de minimiser les perturbations.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration du flux des matières, du positionnement des stocks et des stratégies de réapprovisionnement, en s'appuyant sur les principes IMF, les données et les méthodologies d'amélioration continue afin d'accroître l'efficacité et de réduire les risques.
  • Fournir des conseils et, au besoin, participer aux réunions et visites auprès des clients, en agissant comme représentant senior de l'IMF et en assurant l'alignement entre les exigences des clients, les capacités opérationnelles et les stratégies de gestion des flux de matières.
  • Diriger l'élaboration, la coordination et la présentation des rapports de performance IMF et des programmes clients dans le cadre de la gouvernance interne, notamment les indicateurs clés de performance, les risques, les plans de récupération, les tendances et les opportunités, jusqu'au niveau de la haute direction.
  • Établir et suivre les indicateurs de performance et de santé opérationnelle liés à l'IMF, en utilisant des analyses fondées sur les données afin d'identifier les contraintes émergentes, d'améliorer la prévisibilité et de soutenir une performance durable.
  • Soutenir les livrables financiers et les objectifs de performance de l'entreprise, en élaborant des stratégies permettant d'équilibrer le niveau de service client, les stocks, la disponibilité des matériaux, l'efficacité opérationnelle et les coûts.
  • Promouvoir l'amélioration continue et la standardisation des processus IMF, en favorisant une approche proactive et intégrée de la gestion des flux de matières à l'échelle de l'organisation.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience ou Maitrise avec plus de 7 ans d'expérience en administration/commerce, aéronautique, achats, autres domaines connexes, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion des opérations.
  • Expérience de la transformation des entreprises et de la gestion de projets
  • Le sens des affaires est une compétence clé pour ce poste
  • Solides compétences en matière de relations humaines et de communication
  • Voyages d'affaires occasionnels
  • Connaissance de SAP, CRM, TRAC et PowerBI un avantage

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Function Description

The Senior Manager reports to the Associate Director, Customer Program Operations and provides strategic leadership for the Integrated Material Flow (IMF) organization and end-to-end material flow performance. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Integrated Material Flow leaders, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations to ensure effective execution of customer material requirements.
  • Own and optimize end-to-end material flow across the customer program, from supply planning and material availability through inventory management, logistics, shop requirements, and point-of-use delivery.
  • Ensure strong internal partnerships with Customer Service Representatives (CSR), MRO shops, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and other key stakeholders to maintain material availability and support operational priorities.
  • Drive timely, holistic resolution of material and supply issues, identifying root causes, assessing downstream impacts, and coordinating cross-functional actions to protect customer requirements and minimize disruption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve material flow, inventory positioning, replenishment, and overall supply performance, leveraging IMF principles, data, and continuous-improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Provide guidance and, as appropriate, participate in customer meetings and site visits, serving as a senior IMF representative and ensuring alignment between customer requirements, operational capabilities, and material-flow strategies.
  • Lead the development, coordination, and presentation of IMF and customer-program performance reporting through internal governance, including key metrics, risks, recovery actions, trends, and opportunities, up to the senior executive level.
  • Establish and monitor IMF performance metrics and operational health indicators, using data-driven insights to identify emerging constraints, improve predictability, and drive sustained performance.
  • Support financial deliverables and business-performance objectives, developing strategies that balance customer service, inventory, material availability, operational efficiency, and cost.
  • Champion continuous improvement and standardization of IMF processes, promoting a proactive, integrated approach to material-flow management across the organization.
