L'équipe du service clientèle de P&WC recherche actuellement un Gestionnaire de projets de transformation, Stratégie MRO pour supporter la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'organisation globale de maintenance, de réparation et de révision (MRO). Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer que l'organisation atteigne ses objectifs de croissance tout en optimisant les coûts et en améliorant l'expérience des clients et des employés.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Le Gestionnaire de projets de transformation, joue un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la performance de l'organisation et dans la stimulation de l'innovation. Relevant du directeur principal, ce poste offre une occasion unique de diriger des initiatives qui soutiennent la croissance et la réussite de l'entreprise.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Définir, Diriger et mettre en œuvre des projets de transformation à fort impact à l'intérieur de nos sites MRO à l'échelle globale afin d'améliorer la performance de l'entreprise, en assurant l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels.


  • Gérer des équipes de projet multidisciplinaires s'étendant au-delà de l'organisation MRO, œuvrant à l'implantation et l'optimisation de divers processus reliés aux tarifs.


  • Diriger l'implantation et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies digitales et/ou manufacturières, tout en assurant le respect des échéanciers, l'engagement des parties prenantes et l'atteinte des résultats attendus.


  • Supporter l'exécution d'initiatives stratégiques d'amélioration continue à l'échelle de l'organisation, en gérant l'ensemble des étapes, de la génération d'idées à l'exécution des projets tout en intégrant des outils de gestion du changement.


  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes de l'organisation du service à la clientèle afin d'aligner le déploiement de stratégies communes.

  • Expérience démontrée dans un rôle similaire, avec un accent sur l'exécution de projets et l'amélioration continue.

  • Baccalauréat et un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience, ou maîtrise et un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience, dans l'une des disciplines suivantes : ingénierie, maintenance aéronautique, gestion des opérations, gestion de projets.


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Transformation Project Manager, MRO Strategy

The P&WC Customer Service team is currently seeking a Transformation Project Manager, MRO Strategy to support the implementation of the global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organization's strategy. This role is critical to ensuring the organization meets its growth objectives while optimizing costs and enhancing both customer and employee experience.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours, based in Longueuil and performed entirely on site.

The Transformation Project Manager, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's performance and driving innovation. Reporting to the Senior Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement initiatives that support the company's growth and success.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Define, Lead and implement high-impact transformation projects within our MRO global footprint to improve overall business performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams extending beyond MRO, working on the implementation and optimization of various processes related to tariffs.


  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new digital and/or manufacturing technologies while ensuring timely completion, stakeholder engagement, and desired outcomes.


  • Oversee the execution of strategic continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, managing all aspects from idea generation to project execution while leveraging change management tools and best practices.


  • Work closely with various customer service teams across the organization to align the deployment of common strategies.


What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on project execution and continuous improvement.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.


  • Demonstrate a high level of curiosity to identify and create new opportunities in untapped areas.


  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, from inception to completion.


  • Familiarity with digital transformation, new technologies, and industry best practices in Aerospace and MRO, in a manufacturing environment.


  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Operations Management, Project Management


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues
