Titre du poste : Gestionnaire de projet (risques)

Vous contribuerez activement à la stratégie de gestion des risques et à l'évaluation des investissements industriels en fournissant des analyses rigoureuses, des recommandations éclairées et un soutien opérationnel aux projets stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Vous appuierez le directeur dans l'identification, l'analyse et le suivi des risques industriels et financiers, tout en contribuant à l'évaluation et à la gestion des projets d'investissement stratégiques.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Participer à l'élaboration des cartographies de risques et à la mise à jour des matrices d'évaluation.
  • Collecter, structurer et analyser les données financières et opérationnelles liées aux projets d'investissement.
  • Préparer des rapports d'analyse pour les comités de décision, incluant des recommandations chiffrées.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance des investissements (ROI, NPV, IRR).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes qualité, ingénierie, finance et juridique pour documenter les risques et les plans d'atténuation.
  • Contribuer aux audits internes et aux revues de conformité réglementaire.
  • Maintenir une veille sur les tendances du secteur, les évolutions réglementaires et les meilleures pratiques en gestion des risques.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion de projet, administration, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience significative (minimum 10 à 15 ans) en gestion de risques opérationnels et stratégiques au sein d'organisations industrielles manufacturières complexes, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique ou de grande envergure/multinationale.
  • Expérience démontrée dans l'évaluation et la mitigation de risques ayant un impact direct sur les opérations globales, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les capacités manufacturières.
  • Fort leadership d'influence : capacité démontrée à obtenir l'adhésion des experts techniques et à présenter des recommandations complexes à la haute direction.
  • Profil orienté vers l'action ("drive") : habileté éprouvée à gérer des projets transversaux et à mobiliser les équipes interfonctionnelles pour concrétiser les plans d'atténuation.
  • Jugement, autonomie, sens des priorités et aisance dans des environnements ambigus et en transformation.
  • Une certification en gestion des risques d'entreprise (ex. CRM - Certified Risk Manager) (atout).
  • Une certification en gestion de projet (ex. PMP) (atout).

Job title : Project Manager (Risks)

You will play an active role in the risk management strategy and the evaluation of industrial investments by providing rigorous analysis, informed recommendations, and operational support for the company's strategic projects.

You will support the Director in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring industrial and financial risks, while contributing to the assessment and management of strategic investment projects.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

What do you need to be successful?
  • University degree in Engineering, project management, administration or any other rekated field.
  • Significant experience (minimum 10 to 15 years) in operational and strategic risk management within complex manufacturing industrial organizations, ideally in the aerospace sector or large-scale/multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and mitigating risks directly impacting global operations, the supply chain, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Strong influencing leadership: Demonstrated ability to gain buy-in from technical experts and present complex recommendations to top management.
  • Action-oriented profile ("drive"): Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and mobilize interdepartmental teams to implement mitigation plans.
  • Judgment, autonomy, sense of priorities, and comfort in ambiguous and transforming environments.
  • Certification in enterprise risk management (e.g., CRM - Certified Risk Manager) (asset).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) (asset).


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations.
