  • Diriger et coordonner les équipes intégrées de performance produit (IPT) et les équipes de gestion de produits (PMT) à travers différents programmes.
  • Piloter les standards de travail, les meilleures pratiques et les initiatives d'amélioration continue en matière de performance produit.
  • Gérer les initiatives transverses d'optimisation, d'amélioration des processus et le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI).
  • Coordonner les revues annuelles de performance produit, les activités d'alignement des objectifs et la gouvernance des systèmes.
  • Soutenir le développement des capacités en fiabilité, maintenabilité et disponibilité ainsi que les initiatives visant la santé fonctionnelle des produits.
  • Assurer la gestion de projet de la transformation des systèmes numériques, des outils analytiques et des produits de données liés à la performance produit, sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie, de la définition des besoins des parties prenantes jusqu'à l'approbation E-Card, l'exécution et la mise en service.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, des opérations, des TI et des programmes clients afin d'aligner les priorités et d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, des risques, des livrables, des budgets et des communications avec les parties prenantes afin de garantir le succès des projets.

Qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, administration des affaires, systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en gestion de projets, en performance produit, en opérations ou dans des fonctions techniques connexes.
  • Expérience dans la direction d'équipes multidisciplinaires et la gestion d'initiatives complexes.
  • Connaissance des processus liés à la fiabilité, à la maintenabilité et à la performance opérationnelle.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, analytiques et en communication.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Qualifications souhaitées
  • Expérience dans les secteurs de l'aérospatiale, du soutien après-vente, de la maintenance, réparation et révision (MRO) ou dans des industries réglementées.
  • Familiarité avec les initiatives de transformation numérique, les plateformes analytiques et les opérations axées sur les données.
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes de performance produit, de la gestion des indicateurs de performance (KPI) ainsi que des méthodologies d'amélioration continue et de qualité (telles que CORE et les normes AS9100).
  • Certification PMP ou expérience équivalente en gestion de projets, un atout.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet Agile.

Job Title: Project Manager, Customer Programs Product Performance Office (PPO)

What will your day to day look like?
  • Lead and coordinate cross-program Product Performance Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Product Management Teams (PMTs).
  • Drive product performance standard work, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage cross-program optimization efforts, process improvements, and KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate annual Product Performance Reviews, goal alignment activities, and system governance.
  • Support reliability, maintainability, and availability capability development and functional health initiatives.
  • Project manage the transformation of product performance digital systems, analytics, and data products during full life cycle from stake holder requirements definition to E-Car approval, execution and service entry.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Customer Programs teams to align priorities and deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, budget and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product performance, operations, or related technical roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and operational performance processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in aerospace, aftermarket support, MRO, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, analytics platforms, and data-driven operations.
  • Understanding of product performance systems, KPI management, and continuous improvement and Quality methodologies (such as CORE, AS9100 standards.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
  • Agile Project management methodologies

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
