Titre du poste: Gestionnaire, Contrats

La fonction principale du Spécialiste Contrats sera de fournir du soutien aux unités d'affaires pour la préparation de contrats et l'obtention de leurs approbations à l'interne. Le(la) candidat(e) peut être sollicité(e) pour participer a des négociations de contrats avec les clients (avionneurs ou opérateurs d'avions), et peut être sollicité(e) pour résoudre des enjeux commerciaux et techniques en identifiant et en proposant des solutions contractuelles.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil, du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Mener, rédiger, et gérer des contrats d'envergure et complexe, en conformité avec les politiques internes de la compagnie, les demandes des clients (internes et externes), les échéanciers et les exigences
  • Préparer la documentation contractuelle pour les négociations avec avionneurs ou opérateurs d'avion
  • Gérer la relation contractuelle entre les clients internes et les avionneurs ou opérateurs d'avion
  • Conserver les dossiers associés à la préparation et l'approbation des contrats
  • Mener l'analyse contractuelle, et préparer les rapports pour s'assurer que les contrats rencontrent les paramètres négociés et consentis
  • Avec le soutien du département juridique, conseiller les unités d'affaires sur les questions contractuelles, et recommander les solutions appropriées
  • Assister la direction pour la formation requise par l'organisation
  • Gerer et diriger les négociations pour des projets de petite à moyenne envergure
  • Développer et mettre en place des processus d'amélioration en vue d'optimiser l'efficacité et les capacités du département Contrats


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir ?
  • Baccalauréat en droit, administration, commerce, affaires ou finance (un diplôme dans le domaine de la technique juridique pourra aussi être considéré)
  • 5 ans d'expérience en rédaction et gestion de contrats
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Expérience avec les outils TI de la suite MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles, aptitudes à communiquer et à travailler en équipe
  • Capacité à gérer une charge de travail importante et des échéanciers serrés
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Manager, Contracts

The primary role of a Contract Manager will be to support the business drafting contracts and facilitating the reviews and approvals of required departments within the company. The incumbent may be requested by the company to participate in contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators, and/or may be requested to resolve certain business or technical issues by identifying and recommending contract solutions.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead, draft and manage complex contracts in a global industry, in accordance with company policies and internal and external customer requests, schedules, and specifications
  • Prepare documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators
  • Manage contractual relationships with internal clients and external aircraft customers and operators
  • Maintain records associated with the preparation and review of contracts
  • Lead contract analysis and prepare reports to ensure that documents are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
  • With the support of the Legal Department, advise the organization on issues concerning contract matters and provide contract solutions
  • Assist leadership with training requirements required by the company
  • Lead/manage multiple small- to medium-sized projects
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental performance and effectiveness


What do you need to be successful?
  • Professional degree in law, administration, business, finance (a degree in the paralegal field may also be considered)
  • 5 years experience in contract drafting and management
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Experience with IT tools MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a serious team player
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines
  • Works effectively under pressure
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
